... Turning Sport into Art.

Meet the Coach

What is CSRA Swimming?

We are a competitive swimming team, with an Olympic mindset and attitude

We take a fresh look at an old sport, how?

We travel and compete at the national level... We make waves and have fun doing it!

CSRA Swimming is designed to take swimmers to the next level; we do this through Olympic structured training and coaching under the watchful eye and guidance of one of the finest Olympic champions our nation and the CSRA have ever produced.

Meet the Coach

Lantz Lamback

A U.S. Paralympic swim team veteran, Lantz knows what it takes to be a world champion and a world class athlete. One of the most decorated Paralympic swimmers in history, Lantz has made history in and out of the pool, both at the national and international stage, and he brings that passion and enthusiasm for the sport he loves so much to a new generation. As a Coach, Lantz is a force to be reckoned with! Most recently, he took a local High School, who had failed to have any swimmers qualified for state in the last ten years and reshaped them into the current state champions.

Some of Lantz accomplishment include:

- 2012 Paralympic Games - Gold and Bronze

- 2008 Paralympic Games - four medals including one Gold medal – the most of any U.S. male swimmer.

- World record holder set in the preliminaries and finals of the 100-meter backstroke in the S7 division for his first gold medal.

- Para Pan Pacific Swimming Championships in Edmonton, Alberta Canada - six medals (two gold)

- Seven American Records.
